 Our day of wedding coordinator service assists couples in many great ways on the day of their wedding.  We will alleviate a lot of the stress and decision making associated with the final weeks of planning as well as to reduce the pressure and chaos often associated with day-of logistics. 

 

 

• One in-person consultation

• One site walk-through at the event venue(s)

• One hour wedding rehearsal

• Unlimited contact via phone and email from the time of contract and/or via Zoom or Face Time.

• Production of event timeline for the event for vendors

• Contact and coordination with all contracted vendors beginning two weeks prior to the event

• Facilitating a smooth transition between ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception (depending on venue)

• Distributing gratuities and final payments to vendors as needed.

• 8 to 10 hours of coordination on the day of the wedding coverage includes at least one event assistant

• Oversee proper setup and breakdown for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception

• Recommend and secure vendors in accordance with event budget and design style

• ​Schedule  vendor meetings and interviews accordingly

• ​Attend site visit (s) with clients to establish the event style, direction, and capabilities 

• ​Face to face meetings, phone, e-mail, face time or Zoom  communication.

• ​Guidance on wedding etiquette

• ​Review and negotiate vendor contracts

• ​Décor conceptualization and coordinate overall event vision and   design

• Act as the liaison between client and vendors for all logistical needs

• ​Create a complete planning timeline for couple

• ​Set up and manage hotel blocks for out-of-town guests

• ​Coordinate aspects of rehearsal dinner (including but not limited to; site scouting and décor design)

• ​Day of Coordinator Service: 8– 10 hours of coordination on the day of the wedding coverage includes at least two event assistants
